Kathy Busch is a retired teacher who taught middle school and high school science for the Wichita Public Schools. She also served as a building principal and district level administrator. Upon retirement she worked for the College of Education at Wichita State University.  Kathy was elected to the Kansas State Board of Education and served as Chair.  Her two grown sons attended Wichita Public Schools and her family has attended public schools in Kansas for five generations.
