Sally Cauble

Sally Cauble is a lifelong Kansan with a passion for public education.  She taught elementary school in both rural and urban districts.  She was born and raised in Southwest Kansas.  Sally served on the Liberal Board of Education for eight years, during which she established a successful nonprofit latchkey child program for the Liberal area. During her twelve-year tenure as a member of the Kansas State Board of Education, she developed an interest in professional standards and licensure issues and migrant education.  Sally also served on various committees and commissions with the Education Commission of the States and the National Association of State Boards of Education.  Sally and her husband Steve have two adult children who were educated in Liberal, Kansas public schools.
